Crafted from premium-grade sheet metal, our wet painting plants are built to last and ensure top-notch performance.Our painting lines feature advanced conveyor solutions, enabling efficient and high-quality painting processes on meticulously prepared surfaces. Additionally, our treatment lines are tailored to the specific requirements of each part, ensuring optimal results for your product.Our wet painting facilities are equipped with advanced conveyor and/or robot controls, as well as state-of-the-art heating and filtration systems, ensuring that all necessary conditions for the painting application are met. To further enhance the quality of our processes, we have incorporated a homogeneous air flow system and optimal lighting, providing the ideal environment for a superior painting finish.The entire plant is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which allows for real-time monitoring and adjustments of all desired values. This ensures that our processes consistently meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.Our wet painting facilities feature advanced sludge separating systems, which effectively separate and collect any accumulated sludge on the booth surface, depositing it in a dedicated tank.This innovative system incorporates a chain drive mechanism, powered by a gear motor, and sweeper tracks connected to the chain. The sludge swept by the tracks is then deposited into a bucket for easy disposal.At our company, we prioritise environmental sustainability and responsible waste management. As such, we ensure that sludge is disposed of in a healthy and sustainable manner, allowing us to reuse clean water and protect our environment.To cater to the unique needs of our clients, we offer two sludge separation options: sedimentation and flotation, ensuring optimal results for every project.

1Water Filtered Wet Paint Paint Booth

With the suction fans on top of the booth, the air in the environment passes through the filters on the booth wall at a certain speed so that the paint particles in the environment make a movement towards the filters. After the paint is applied to the part placed in the booth, the paint particles that are floating in the environment are contacted with the filter and removed. These spray booths are offered in two options; open type and closed positive pressure type.

Our Powder Coating Application Booth and Powder Coating Oven are designed with careful consideration of the specific characteristics of the parts to be painted, the frequency of colour change, and the installation area. We also recommend suitable cyclones based on the frequency of colour change, further optimising the efficiency of the process.

  •  The process is carried out by sucking the dust that will be formed during surface treatment applications by creating air movement and throwing it into the atmosphere on international scale. It is designed as Jet Pulse, Mono Cyclone or Aqueous Cyclone system.

Surface Cleaning Lines

Degreasing, rinsing and coating processes are carried out in these lines. Ultrasonic degreasing technologies are used to clean the surface. Network Rinse or DI Rinse (A316 Stainless) option is made ready for material coating (iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, nano ceramic, etc.) or painting process.

  • Clean room is manufactured from galvanized sheet panels. The panels are painted even with antistatic paint and reinforced with bends and all connections are bolted together.
  • In general, the panels are designed to be dismantled and transported to another department.
  • Sealant is applied to all joints which do not contain silicone for sealing.

Box Oven

Sandwich panel is used in order to keep the heat constant. As panel sheet; galvanized steel sheet is used as 1,00 mm inner sheet and 1,00 mm electrostatic powder coated galvanized sheet is used as outer sheet. 50 mm thick rock wool with a density of 50 kg / mɜ is placed between the two sheets. 300 Co temperature resistant sealant is used to seal the air between the two panels. There will be 100 mm rock wool and 50 mm glass wool between two sheets. The baking oven sends the dry hot air taken from the thermoblock cell into the furnace with the help of air ducts made of galvanized sheet. The blower placed on the air duct at the top of the furnace provides homogeneous heat distribution in the furnace by means of adjustable air openings. Oven door must be sealed.

Flash off tunnels are designed to remove solvent vapor in the section up to the next process of the painted material. This prevents solvent explosions, cracks and leaks during the firing of the painted material.
