Equipped with curtain walls, our PONY Preparation Stations offer a flexible working area that effectively limits the entry of dirt, dust, and contaminants. The retractable barrier also controls heat loss, ensuring a stable temperature within the working area. This innovative feature provides optimal conditions for painting while enhancing the efficiency of the process.

Our Pre-painting Preparation Station features air ducts that operate under low pressure to facilitate paint pre-preparation operations on vehicles. This station is equipped with fan-motor units, which enable efficient air circulation and optimal painting conditions.
For enhanced convenience and flexibility, our Preparation Station is equipped with an entrance ramp in front of the unit entrance. Additionally, a duct connection to the units can be mounted on the plant floor, enabling air circulation via metal chassis or excavation work.
To further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the preparation process, our Preparation Stations also feature heating capabilities. This ensures that optimal temperatures are maintained within the station, creating the ideal environment for superior painting results.
